- We reported a sewage pipe that is leaking sewage on the apartment complex property back in November. They never fixed it properly that time which is why it’s leaking again. There is actual human waste out on the sidewalk and leaking into the grass. The management company was told on Friday and a plumber came out to look at it but still nothing has been done. This
