- Our neighbor has been feeding 6 cats that roam on our property, urinate, and defecate in our children’s playground mulch. We have tried cat deterrent methods that have been unsuccessful. We’ve also explained to these neighbors that Fort Worth ordinance states that “a cat must remain within the boundaries of its owners property.” And municipal code says “A cat may be impounded if roaming beyond the owners premises.” We also understand some are not neutered and may be pregnant
