- Hi, I’d like to report a concern about some dogs at a residence near me. There are more than three dogs at the home, and I’ve witnessed at least one serious dog fight between them. One of the dogs appears to be pregnant, and there is also a young puppy on the property. I’m concerned about their safety and possible violations of city limits. I would like to stay anonymous
